Hello, I am selling my 2006 Mustang GT Premium Package. This car has been driven only 34,945 miles, although this could rise slightly before I sell it. I am the second owner and purchased it in 2009. The first owner only put a few thousand miles on it. It first was under my dad’s name, due to the cheaper insurance rates, but I am the sole owner now. I have driven this car, but I never raced it or drove it hard. I have taken good care of this machine, which you can see from the photos. The only reason I am selling this car is that I hope to get married soon and start a family. Still, I want this car to go to a good home, to someone who will take good care of it, as I did. As to the specs and other important information, this 2006 Mustang GT has the premium package setup. I drive it occasionally on weekends to keep the battery charged. And then, I might put 10 miles or so on it, but that is rare. Normally I just run it in my driveway. This car has never been wrecked and always has been driven very carefully. A Ford body shop repainted the bumper after it received minimal scrapes while sitting in a parking lot. I have serviced the car whenever needed, but not always at a Ford dealership. A Firestone shop has provided oil changes on occasion and some other services. I have worked in the auto industry for a while, so my trusted mechanic friends often do work for me, as well. This car is up to date with all the current maintenance and regular oil changes. Last summer, I had new brakes installed and a brake fluid flush, along with swapping the spark plugs. I also had a transmission fluid flush and general checkup of the car. A friend of mine who is an expert mechanic at a Mercedes dealership performed most of this work. One week ago, the care had a coolant flush, power steering flush and another general checkup at Roush Ford. The car got a clean bill of health and is running great! Oh, and it has a new battery, which I just bought this year. As you can see in the photos, I have done some cosmetic things to the car. It has a chin spoiler (only slightly scratched by a curb) and I have an extra one that will come with the car. The car has been properly lowered, and it does have an aftermarket panhard bar installed. It has aftermarket, American Muscle wheels, blacked-out lights, Raxiom tail lights, rear deck cover, quarter window scoops, side scoops, aftermarket spoiler, hood scoop (non-functional), tinted windows, new alternator (the old one gave out), vinyl racing stripes, aftermarket exhaust, aftermarket grill, hood pins, cold air intake with a tune (tuner comes with this listing), and some interior dress-up parts. I wanted to keep the engine close to stock, so I did not do any serious modifications to the car. And I do still have the original OEM parts in boxes, which I will give to the buyer with the car. This car is in excellent condition, with very low miles for a 2006! But please keep in mind, I did drive this car and did not just leave it in my garage, so it is not going to be 100 percent perfect, but it is in very good shape! I will have the car professionally detailed before sale, and that will remove most of the tiny imperfections. There is a small chip on the passenger door, along with some small scratches here, and there, but that should be taken care of, when I will have the car detailed. Under one of the side skirts there are some brush marks from a car lift, but you cannot see them, less you are under the car. The front bumper also has some scraping damage underneath, but you cannot see it, less you lift the car. There is one very tiny dent over the passenger wheel well, but it is very hard to see. The engine compartment has some nicks, and marks. Under the lip of the hood, there is some little paint chipping from years of opening, and closing the hood. The car has been lowered, so when you service it, I recommended using lifts that you can drive it onto. The original wheels, which I am including in the sale, do have some curb rash that easily could be repaired. I recently parked in an underground garage and something dripped onto the right front fender, which is barely visible in one photo, but this should come off in the detailing. The interior looks and is in great shape. The leather front seats do have some normal wear, but nothing serious. The red leather door inserts did start to come apart, as the glue aged, but this is a normal problem with any older S197 Mustang. I have reglued the left insert, but the right one might need similar attention soon. The back seats are rarely used and still look brand-new. The interior is odor-free. Any scratches in the interior caused by use are barely noticeable. The signatures that you see in the photos are both by Chip Foose, who attends a local car show every year, so I have had the opportunity to meet him. One signature is from 2016 and the other from 2015. Please refer to the photos of the car for condition, and don’t be afraid to ask me any questions. I will load as many photos as I can, but I will have plenty that I cannot load up. So if you want more photos, please ask, and I will be more than happy to send them to you. Also I can do a video for you of a cold startup of the car, if you’d like. This low-mileage Mustang is 5 years away from being considered a classic, and, as I said before, I hope that she goes to a good home, preferably a collector, where she will be taken care of. And although I am looking to sell, I will not be giving her away or slashing the price out of desperation. If I can’t get a what i am looking for her, I will hold onto this car. Also, please keep in mind that you will have large boxes with all the extra parts that you will need to transport, along with the car. If you go with a transporter, I can help document the car-loading process, but I will not be held in any way responsible for any transporter-related mishaps or damages. So make sure that you do a thorough job in picking a third-party transporter. So this listing includes the Mustang that is pictured with all the aftermarket parts that I mentioned and those pictured. It also includes a car cover and all of the original parts that are stored in boxes, including the original wheels and tires. Also there are some extra things, such as extra rear floor mats, a driver’s Ford seat cover and the extra chin spoiler that I mentioned, and maybe a few other related items. Here's a great opportunity for someone wanting a turn-key Mustang at a great price. Everything's been done for you from suspension to horsepower upgrades. This is a clean, eye-catching, supercharged GT convertible mustang with 550 plus horsepower. Everything works. No leaks. Transmission shifts are firm. Convertible top is in excellent condition and works flawlessly. Every time I drive this car I get compliments. The only flaw is a slight bubbling/tear in the paint on a 3 inch portion of the front bumper in front of the headlight on the flat area (see pic).
